About the event

BeGreat Sports Training LLC is happy to announce our first ever baseball camp! The camp will be led by Decker Scheffler and Alex Fink. Camp session will be 90 minutes long for each specific age group. The camp's focus will be on personalized hitting instruction as well as infield/outfield work. There will be a 25 player per session cap, so be sure to sign up fast! Any questions, please contact Isaac Fink 507-766-2692.
 

Decker Scheffler: Attended Ball State (Division 1) from 2021-2024. Decker won the Mid American Conference batting title in 2023 which is awarded to the player with the highest batting average in the conference. He was also 1st Team All Conference and 2nd Team All Region in 2023. A career batting average of .315 in over 600 at bats. Decker has now been giving hitting lessons to 85 different players around the Springfield Area and has completed over 250 lessons within the past year. He is now entering his first year as head girls basketball coach and 2nd year as junior high baseball and football coach at Springfield High School.
 

Alex Fink: Graduated from Augustana University in 2016. He graduated from Augie a top 5 career leader in the following categories: Hits, RBI's, and Doubles. He was Top 10 in Batting Average, Runs, Home Runs and is the single season record holder for doubles in a season. He played one summer of professional baseball in the Frontier League. Alex is now entering his 5th year as Head Coach at Windom High School.
